Keep the device model, app edition and exact notice. A startup failure happens before movie selection. A different source or subtitle track is not yet involved.

Player returns to the catalogue
Record whether it opened and displayed anything before returning. A failed app handoff and video that stops after beginning are different symptoms.

Android’s installed-app guidance is a starting point for ordinary app problems. Read the effect of each step. Cache and stored data are different, and removal can erase preferences or local history.

Search the movie or programme here while dealing with the app separately. If no viewing option suits you now, save the choice rather than losing its name during a reset.
